What Coaches want to consider about training a player.

Okay. If you're a Coach, Trainer, or just a Regular player who wants to improve in the game of basketball, you have to consider these things: Acceptance, Training and Humility. Let's first start with Acceptance . Let's learn to accept that there is no perfect player and we are all destined to improve. So, don't go yapping around telling everyone that you're a "Complete" player because you're not. I repeat, YOU ARE NOT. Just around the corner, There's always someone BETTER than you. Accept the fact that we are all students of the game and the game is our teacher. Next, Training. What training do you need? Take note: NEED . Not, WANT. If you need strength because your too weak, then do strength training. If you're slow, then do speed drills. There are various training regimens that you can take to increase your level of play. Hello ballers! I am Dakilang Baller. I am Filipino and this is my first blog.  Okay. Why basketball? Well, my answer would be, "why not?" As we all know, Philippines is a basketball loving country. Most of us love to play this sport due to its thrill and competition. That soothing sensation after making a shot keeps us all interested in the sport.  From all walks of life, basketball is there. It promotes a sense of unity and passion not just for the game but our lives too.  We, Filipinos, are admired not because of out height, ofcourse, but for our heart. No matter how big the giants are in the court, WE NEVER BACK DOWN . Be it "pisohay," "coke-ay," or just a regular game, we give it our all. This is just how we're built.
